A: 2 years or 3years warranty, excluding normal wear and tear and man-made damage.

If something wrong with the chair during warranty year,take pics of the broken part and email us, we will check and deal with the problem.

2). What is our MOQ?

A: 1X40HQ (4 designs mix loading is acceptable.)

3). What's the guarantee we can offer?

A: Basically we offer 2years guarantee, 3years or more guarantee can be offered accoding to different requirements.
