Q: Why choice our factory?

Q: How much time will it takes to charge the JUMP START?
A: First initial charge is suggested to be 12 hours. After that in anormal situation, 3-6 hours should charge up completely. The JUMP START will shut down the charging circuit once it is fully charged, so you will never over charge the device.
Q: How to charge the JUMP START device?
A: You can either charge it with AC adapter from the wall outlet.The adapter is a universal unit from 100 -240V 50/60 Hz. Or you may have an additional optional 12V car adapter as an accessory.
Q: Car won't start, it seems there is no power provided from JUMP START.
A: Make sure polarities are align correctly. Make sure you press the "JUMP START" button, otherwise, there will be no power transfer to the car. If JUMP START has been stored under extreme cold weather conditions, allow it to reach to a warmer temperature by starting your car for a few times.
